at the heart of every path towards the healing and evolution of our relationship to ourselves and the world, is the simple and immaculate truth of the interconnectedness and unity of all life. at the centre of this unity, is divine light, which can be seen as the embodiment of all that is and is not. light is the infinite truth of pure being. in the year 1865, a japanese man named mikao usui discovered how to tangibly work with the celestial frequency of this light, by channeling it as a kind of energy through his body and into a chosen place. he discovered that this work contained vast healing potential, and began the first school of what he termed Reiki, which means universal life energy. those who learned to harness light in this way found the experience deeply rewarding, and since then many schools of reiki have branched out and taken their own unique forms.

my intentions over the coming 13 moons are as follows:

to keep promoting the elfintome thru flyers, posters, emails, business cards, encouraging links in other sites, posts and even linking to it thru articles (perhaps in well-read publications), my web site and coming star:seed publications. my approach to promoting the elfintome will, as always, come from the heart - i am passionate about sharing with others something that has enriched my life so much. i am also stoked to help with any graphik design work that sijay doesn't take on for promoting the tome or the umic. thru this promotional work i will round up circles within circles of co:inspiritors to help support the elfintome in a rainbow of ways thru my projects and beyond.

i am now working to facilitate sacred spaces in local toronto gatherings to set up the elfintome tribal market, thanks to delvin for sending me some phat merchandise to work with. over the next 4 months i intend to build momentum with that work, enriching the cultural and educational streams that weave their way thru the toronto rave scene, and preparing myself for sunrise celebration this summer soulstace in avalon, uk. the tome will represent here as part of a visionary art gallery and learning environment. i will be there to help facilitate this learning space, present workshops and take care of the tables, and will be helping to co:ordinate the visionary arts and culture area where we'll be planted.

this will be the seed for the next 9 months (and beyond) of work with the elfintome in other key events yet to be fully mapped out. over those nine months i plan to activate the elfintome presence more deeply as the grounding point for various kinds of learning environments within celebrations. the growing ecology of merchandise from art to crystals to sacred garmentry to books and other publications as well as music and free promotional or educational materials will act as a way of dimensionalizing educational streams and opening gateways into new worlds.

i see the toronto elfintome market drawing a great deal of attention to the tome website, and the umic, as well as opening countless portals for the promotion of friendly projects of kin across the earth. i would also like to present some levels of harm reduction outreach as part of most elfintome displays, and work to increasingly integrate these elfintome markets with the umic presence. in addition, i'd like to collaborate with other tribal merchants in the local scene to some degree - supporting local visionary artists and elvish crafters as much as possible.

the intention is to continue using the elfintome as a beacon of inspiration and hope in an emerging new world of visionary culture and
sustainable pathways.

permaculturing the mainstream memecology .:. jedi strategum.
(the three diamonds of permaculture: observe, integrate and apply.)

the short version.

trust me, this will have to do with language by the end.

OBSERVE

there is a lot of intelligence in mainstream culture, and a strong drive to become aware of injustice and unsustainable behaviour. this is characterized by a strong move to intelligently and very critically look at what is going on in world sociopolitics, industrializing nations and western government.

i've noticed in my work at this huge chapters branch, the strong points seem to be political science and history, art, visionary art mediocre but present, mythology and story, especially fantasy, SCIENCE, technology, and religion. low points include spirituality, self help, HEALTH, relationships and sex, business (ethics), and a slew of categories that are in my view *missing* altogether. The rest is somewhere in between awesome and sucking.

over the past ten years there have apparently been huge leaps in consciousness, and the past five years have been especially big for sustainable culture in the mainstream, especially in terms of awareness of the unsustainability. there is a willingness to learn.

the most intelligent writings are generally found in the most popular categories. the biggest two of these are fiction, and history/poli-sci.

TV feeds right into the most popular books and magazines. When Oprah recommends something, you can expect a huge influx of people looking to buy that book the coming week. Millions and millions of books sell because Oprah, for example, puts them on her official reading list.

mainstream consumers tend to put a huge emphasis on both convenience and entertainment. chapters indigo has been particularly successful because of its alliances, not just between bookstores but between the companies that create "lifestyle products". Because of this approach, books are "in".

there is an enormous amount of despair around what is going on environementally, and this despair causes a feeling of disempowerment in many. for this reason, i think, mainstream sustainable strategies get locked into "observation" of what needs to be fixed. there is a lack of solution based approaches, because of these emotional blocks.

people feel isolated and alone. the emergence of big cities as the norm, is causing an overall feeling of being alone in a street with hundreds of people. any kind of community tends to make people feel much more comfortable and open to new ideas.

INTEGRATE

because there is such a mainstream ability to produce good works for a hungry audience, i would say then that the goal should be to create the audience for the subjects that need improvement in this planet-time.

crystal and spore has the idea for sure, using media streams to "make sustainable culture seem really cool" (sijay). sustainable culture, indeed, has many levels of potential for becoming a lasting trend. in my mind, embedding the memes we are working with into our clothing, lingo, music, home decor and beyond is prime territory for the popularity of solution based strategies. Just like how Indigo is making their book money indirectly through their "gift and lifestyle" section (and in-store starbucks), we can popularize subjects like permaculture through our lifestyles.

For me, the reason elphinstone and to a lesser degree vancouver represents such an exciting culture, is because they have evolved this to high levels of sophistication. The koots are also doing a great job at it.

I think also, an important next level is to infultrate TV. This goes for all kinds of programming, from comedy shows to cartoons to travel, cooking, documentary, especially talk shows! Movies are pretty covered right now.

in my mind, language is one of the most important keys in these endeavours. the language of media, television, of course english. then there's the language of who we are and what we're doing. we communicate such important levels of the work by how much fun we manage to have and how. how cool can permaculture and sustainability possibly be, and how can we work to enhance and playfully explore that dynamic?

in other words, we are the language. how can we evolve our effectiveness as a vessel for the communication of an evolutionary memecology?

above all, the key is to look at not just how to create a sustainable culture, but how to create the tools to create a sustainable culture, and make those tools accessable, entertaining and interesting for people so that mainstream people can do it themselves. if people really can exhibit high levels of intelligence in certain circumstances, then let's provide the circumstances and direct the intelligence into exactly where it's needed.

understanding that people are not going to throw away the lives they have built, the strategy needs to be based on the common value of convenience... little ways for people to slowly but very surely develop a lifestyle that is sustainable without necessarily ditching the things they think are so important to them right away. focusing on what does work, rather than what doesn't.

because fiction and mythology are so huge, the strategy always should be characterized by a story to go along with it. i have a huge amount of respect for the mythmakers. story telling is a huge part of leadership of any kind, and mythology touches a deep chord, and has the potential to be extremely entertaining.

APPLY

it's the little things. *graciously* explaining to the person behind the counter that you don't want extra packaging, or napkins, or plastic cutlery, because there isn't enough room in the landfills for them.

taking the time, whenever you do something to help, no matter what it is, to explain to others what you are doing and why - exactly. collectively building a vocabulary and relationship with language that helps us to all do this every day in little ways, very effectively. the most sustainable memes make so much sense that they will rarely be argued. there is no need for debate - simply demonstration WITH explanation in a non:threatening way.

yet keep the debates flowing when they are constructive, among those who are developing sophisticated and critical perspectives around the issues. never stop fine tuning the approach. every single interaction can be a lesson for the next one, to roughly quote delvin. and when you collect a wealth of information, find ways to teach it to anyone who expresses an interest in learning it. keep the evolutionary memecology evolving and present, thriving at its nucleus so that it can be developed and spread by the mainstreamers.

take the time to look into the eyes of people who are not like you. look at them and smile, and show them warmth. this teaches them that you have something good to share.

get into the fun of being a part of this incredible evolutionary movement of elves and fairies, magicians and priestesses and beyond. have as much fun as humanly possible, dressing up like jedis, moving costumes out of the costume balls to the furthest degree you can, supporting the music, buying cd's, filling your house with art, being the artist in every thing you do. take part in intentional post rave gatherings designed to evolve this process, and take the spirit of those gatherings into every day.

learn the skills you need to be a proffessional elf (or whatever you are). set the sights in the highest realms of production and proffessionalism. be exceptionally good at having fun. have fun with every single part of who you are, and let people know exactly why and how you are going about it.

prepare your art with an awareness of the audience. take the time to design your work for its integration into mainstream culture, and look at the short term and long term impacts that it could have on mianstream culture and how, at various levels of its development.

communicate the wonder of an evolving post:paradigm, and communicate the communication of it as well.

silverbirch is 23 ... december 28th was a beautiful birthday. it was also the celebration of one month and one week without smoking cigarettes at all. I arrived home from work and was immediately lavished with love and cake and gifts :) my mom and sister katie were away, so i am holding my dad's cellphone in the pictures with them on the phone appreciating the experience from a distance.

that was certainly a very special day for me. i got a few really aupsicious messages for various people, opening gateways for some bright possibilities to come. i also felt very loved by my family that day... and work was cool too. everyone kept mentioning my birthday and wishing me a joyful day. it was soooo sweet :)

i was lucky. i got to go to a visionary art conference and dance called avatar (http://www.cosm.org, click on events), at alex grey's chapel of sacred mirrors (http://www.cosm.org) in new york. i would say that this was the best event of my life, if it weren't for the fact that my experience was so informed by a similar event i had explored, called synergenesis, just a couple weeks prior in san fran (http://www.livejournal.com/users/celebreathel/tag/synergenesis). that event was put on by a woman named eve (ladyapples.com), and avatar was delvin's gig (http://www.elfintome.com), and becuase those two beings are just about the two most inspiring people in my world, i was able to experience those levels of inspiration of massively blooming levels of manifestation, in the form of their events. it was the time of my life.

i liked avatar cause it was 'essentially' delvin. loads of deep medicine was streamlined into short, potent downloads. instead of the whole day of fullon workshops from various artists, like synergenesis, we were blessed with one whole panel of artists from around n.america, such as alex and allyson grey (http://www.cosm.org), xavi (http://www.podcollective.com), luke brown (http://www.spectraleyes.com), sijay (http://www.crystalandspore.com/onbeyond), carey thompson (http://www.galaktivation.com), vibrata chromodoris (http://www.vibrata.com), to name just a few. i think there were 13 or so artists on the panel, all of them astounding beings. one by one they showed their best art by slide show, and gave downloads on the inspiration and intention behind each piece. one by one i was completely floored, even when i knew several of the artists personally and had studied all their work. it was a rare and precious opportunity to understand the deep levels of what goes on with visionary art for these beings and like delvin's poetry, it was a lot of information woven very tightly.

my absolute favourite story, was from luke. he showed his most famous piece, the baphomet:

and explained that he had once seen this being in an ecstatic vision, right after finding that he wouldn't be abel to continue doing tattoo art for a living, and facing a massive shift in his survival strategy. the being came to him with great benevolence, as something of a good version of the devil if you like. he showed him the frequency of fear in the deepest levels of his muscle tissue, and taught him how to shift the frequencies - he was able then to let go of huge levels of fear, from death and disease, to starvation and beyond. he then asked the being, how will i be able to take this back with me, so that it's not just a fleeting hallucination, worth nothing in the real world?

the being responded by breaking itself up into all its parts, and showing each part in detail to him one by one, accompanied by instructions. luke recognized then that each piece of the baphomet was actually a small sketch he had done, for tattoos or otherwise, some time in the past. the being instructed him down to the last detail. for example, this piece of my face, is from a sketchbook from 3 years ago, which is in your closet. take that, and flip it sideways in photoshop for the other side of the face. following the baphomet's instructions, luke was able to exactly re-create the image, with little no difference whatsoever from what he had seen, all out of his little vignette pieces from over the years. the baphomet represented his move into the realms of becomming a seriously recognized visionary artist, and as far as i know he's now supported by his artwork, and has done several shows with alex grey, robert venosa, martina hoffman, and other visionary masters.

so, this story characterized the re:integration and deepening for me of the importance of visionary art as a cultural tool for accessing some of the greatest resources available to us as human beings, in a time where we need all the help we can get. i had understood that before, but this definitely sealed the wisdom. i now realize that visionary art is a huge aspect of what i'm meant to be doing on this planet. as i slowly bring myself to a point where i feel comfortable really getting out there with my own visual work, i will do everything i can to support other artists. i'm lucky that i get to faciliate a visionary art gallery at the upcoming festival of light in avalon next summer soulstace, showcasing all my friends' talent, and integrating a learning environment, where the artists' can share their stories in a similar way. yay!

of course, a huge plus to that event was the rare and splendid pleasure of seeing alex and allyson grey's chapel of sacred mirrors. is oh my god. frankly, anyone who really loves his work, has got to see it in person. actually seeing all those stunning original pieces, all those little brushstrokes, actually makes each piece so much more than it could ever be as a print. from the direct energetic communion from spirit to alex to the canvas to you, to the accessability of the technique through witnessing those brushstrokes, to the overall high intense power of the entire three gallery space, it is an experience that can't be immitated. incredible craftsmanship went into the buliding of that place - a lot of donations from art lovers everywhere, and a hell of a lot of work visioning and manifesting it, and all to inspire others to create their own art - to help people find spiritual solace, rejuvinate their personal power, and get people in touch with the entirety of themselves! what a loving action for the world. this is what i like most about alex and allyson grey, is their love for the world, and their commitment to making that love real and tangible for people.

i also liked that the hall of sacred mirrors was filled with giant black cushions for everyone to lounge out the whole time. i dared to eat a corner of a hit of acid that night, my first time in quite a while actually. it was a rare thing for me in a way, since i'm usually so sensitive to other people who are tripping that it's enough, and honestly i don't usually feel comfortable and safe enough any more in a one-night party setting to do that. but if ever there was a time to open up in trust that i woudl be comfortable, accepted and safe, it was here. it was the manifestation of three people who i feel extremely comfortable with, particularly allyson and delvin, though i feel fairly good with alex as well, and so i was able to open up enough to fully trip out all night, at times lying down in the hall of mirrors, just speechless, and very cozy, as i grasped to concieve of how to articulate the immaculate worlds beyond all linear conception which i was wildly peering into, and who were wildly peering back at me ;)

of course, crystal and spore (http://www.crystalandspore.com/workshops.html) was my favourite part of the night, as always and this one was particularly special to me since i understand it to be the culmination and perhaps the semi-end of a long phase of careful work on the part of all the beings involved. it was especially special in so many ways. the visuals were out of this world, the music stunning as always, the prayerformance was incredibly proffessional and rediculously beautiful, dynamic and expressive, and each speaker (del, sijay and eve) were just sooo grounded and well-rehearsed and articulate in their delivery. there was a beautiful combination of pre-written reading out of poetry, as well as conversational speaking to the audience, and each concept was brought through with grace and deep elegance. a great deal was articulated, with carefully chosen spaces between certain thoughts to provoke the audience to think, be a part of it, and give their personal input through the interactive tool they were each given.

every single aspect of it was stunning. i had seen almost the same one at synergenesis, but this time i was on acid, and it was clearly better, and frankly, i was 100% blown away by the subtle craftsmanship on all levels. in fact, i cried my eyes out at one point - i couldn't help it. people were a little worried about me - i had to tell them they were tears of joy :) and the really good part was that they knew what a good job they had done, and it meant the world to them to inspire everyone so deeply - to collaborate with alex and allyson in that sense, and to manifest such beauty. no matter how many times i see the same presentation, or similar ones, i would still be deeply inspired by these folks. crystal and spore is tha shit - and i'm sure i will do something similar in the future. i'm writing the book for it now (ask me about it if you like).

and as if that wasn't enough, this was followed by the most fascinating and stunning prayerformance i have ever seen (and i have seen a lot of damn good prayerformances in my day). i was able to learn, in the context of synergenesis, what eve has been up to with lynx, isis, and the revolving crew of beings who take part in these prayerformances. what it is, is a learning session, expressed through specific dialogue, poetry, sentient sounds and visionary guidance from eve and sometimes others, with music of course, articulated and demonstrated through an exquisite webwork of beautiful dancing, costume, props and acting. the whole thing is all so very intentionally crafted to enchant, direct energy, empower the audience, and most importantly i think, to dynamically and on every sensory level possible, download the concepts, ideas and flavours that are being presented.

This is the thing that i like about eve, about crystal and spore, and anyone else who works on these levels. It's a new, and in my mind far more effective model for education, which achnowledges the limits of words to express the most important concepts of our time, most of which are undefined through mainstream channels, and both expands the lanugage (in understandable ways), and the mediums, to help people grasp concepts on every possible level. this is, in my mind, the best way to teach effectively, and it's exactly the model i'm aiming to perfect in my own teachings. thank god for these amazing beings! i am *so* lucky to have people like this around to learn from.

in every way that night for me was the obvious manifestation, in microcosmic orbit, and macrocosmic reflection, of the highest flowering lotus blossom of the seeds that have been planted in me over the past couple years of rapid evolution, and spinning off into the future as well. in other words, the event both reflected for me the kind of worlds i know i'm meant to create in the future, articulated for me why this kind of thing has meant so much to me in the past, in a context i could experientially understand, re:affirmed my commitment to the path, and showed me plainly how much i have grown as an individual. i just felt so lucid, grounded, eager to learn, and open hearted to everyone around me. i'm like that anyway, especially at peak moments, but there were many subtleties which opened up a sense of a much evolved lyoness, and that was sweet.

so i end it on that note, and say once again - thanks delvin, for putting on this event! i love you.

EARTH ANGEL

"when i became," said he, "the becoming became.
i have become the becoming
i am one, seeing myself divided
i am the 2 and 4 and 8
i am the universe in diversity
i am my transformations.
this is my coming together.
these are myselves become one."

Like the precise mathematical equations which make up the sacred geometric energy field of this angelic being, the many deep levels of meaning embedded in the piece revolve around numbers and divisions. Earth angel represents the unity of all that is, divided into its parts, and yet still always contained within the great one. Here, we will explore each of these mathematical dimensions, one at a time, drawing also from my book, "Lighte Science".

1. In this piece, all parts are accounted for within a greater scope of the whole. This circular design acts like a kind of wheel of fortune, spinning us through the many layers and textures of our life's journey, yet always within a certain formula, a certain unity behind all these events. The journey of this soul is to capture that sense of unity - what is all this about? - and hold that truth deep within through all struggle and victory.

This unity is personified not only by the whole picture, but also the key at the centre of the piece. This key sits over the soul's heart, where love gives birth to all the complex structures of the being's life and reality, which in turn reflects the entirety of this universe. So the being already has the "key" to her soul's journey - it is merely a process of using it, to unlock the greatest puzzles of this life. The piece is full of circles, which represent that same divine unity - the full completion of a cycle, which has no beginning or end. In this sense, the journey of this soul has no destination other than the current process which is unfolding. This indicates that it is that process which is to be celebrated, appreciated and emphasized as the ultimate manifestation of this soul's destiny.

2. The next aspect of this unity, and the most important to this piece, is the paradox of duality. As above, so below. Though this piece is similar on the left and right sides, the closest exact mirror is between the top and bottom, as this is the most primary division, and it is this dynamic that reveals the name of the piece. There is a kind of angel, in ancient celestial lore, which is commonly mistaken for a fairy becuase of its deep connection to the Earth. This is the archetype that came through in my portrayal of this soul. An angelic being of light, so deeply entwined with the Gaia, that she appears to be a fairy.

This soul is the pure manifestation of balance between heaven and earth. Her hands reach up and down, and arrows indicate and energy transfer in a figure eight, between the upper and lower dimensions, which is mirrored in the sacred geometry that is her field. This dynamic reveals the story of a Boddhisatva who has the opportunity to ascend beyond the world, but stays back out of compassion to serve humanity. In the other direction, it tells the tale of a celestial star being (similar to an angel) who comes to earth but ultimately stays connected to her star origins at all times. She is balanced. The journey of this soul is to remember that balance within herself, eternally present at the core of her being.

Another theme which comes up quite often is the contrast between the rainbow and the white elements of the piece. This represents an even larger unity than is often considered - the unity of both oneness, and the spectrum and variety of creation. To illustrate this, allow me to take a quote from my book, Lighte Science:

"In every aspect, lighte represents the ultimate unity of the infinite spectrum of life. In the same way that white lighte can be broken into a rainbow, infinitely diverse in the space between the seven main colours, the universe continually manifests itself through a wild myriad of novel possibilities. Still, in the prismatic rainbow, each separate colour is a part of a whole spectrum, all emerging from the same source as the others. Scientists have discovered that this metaphor extends all the way to the beginning of time and space, at the birth of what Brian Swimme calls, the primeval fireball, the original cosmic flame whose expansive power forged the elements and set into motion the entire story of the universe as we know it. This first lighte, shone through the “prism” of time and space, has birthed all the complex systems of life which we are a part of now, yet this same original flame can be found in each of us, fueling our metabolism, and our will to live on."

4. As two is multiplied by itself, we see the number 4 coming deeply into play. Many of the themes that first linked us with duality or paradox, now connect us with a quartered system, when we look at them differently. This soul's two sets of wings become 4 individual wings, the cross in the middle of the piece goes from vertical and horizontal, to a 4 directional compas, the two green figure eights outline 4 separate elements, and our attention is drawn to 4 figure eight symbols in this piece, both green and purple. This quartered division brings us into the sacred aspect of the 4 traditional elements, which are the basis of this soul's physicality, as well as all other life. While 8 elements are portrayed here, based on the I-Ching chinese elemental system, they are portrayed in a different order than usual. In order to include the elemental style which corresponds to the 4 directions, they have been ordered with the traditional four elements against the four directions instead. Again, through this elemental style, we are reminded of the universal nature of this being's existence.

8. Finally, as two is multiplied by itself twice, we come out with 8. Here we come into the eight elements of the I-Ching. From the top moving clockwise, we have Earth, Mountain, Wind, Thunder, Fire, Heaven, Water and Lake. These are represented by the patterns and colours displayed in each circle, as well as the elvish alphabetical writing on each circle (which spells their names in English), and the I-Ching Trigram (a series of three lines, either broken or unbroken), punctuating each outer circle. The I-Ching is an ancient system of divination which shows how the universe can be understood based on mathematical equations, expanding it from the most primary pieces, into all its complexity, and back again. This is a strong theme in "Earth Angel". These 8 basic building blocks could be thought of as a figure eight, revealing the infinite nature of this soul's makeup, on the physical and metaphysical levels.

So, through this investigation into the numerical patterns in this piece, we see some major themes. This soul is infinite, deeply embedded in the patterns of nature, a celestial creature of light, balanced between the two worlds and deeply loving. Some of the systems that have come up here are the elvish alphabet, invented by Lara from the crystal lands of Elphinstone, the I-Ching and Sacred Geometry. Gail, it has been my pleasure meeting you, and portraying your essence through this piece. Thank you for the empowered opportunity to articulate my visionary perceptions in such a loving way. You truly are an angel.

ekstasis .:. ecstatic dance kundalini activation journey with luna

my recent double seasoned journey through the enchanted lands of elphinstone were blessed to be informed and guided by a powerful 8 part weekly guided journey through the ecstatic dance practices of "kundalini dance". my friend, an empowered goddess, luna had just learned these practices in australia and brought home to the tribe. i have always known luna to be an experienced and powerful ecstatic dance facilitator, but clearly, this training evolved her work to an incredible level.

in the past, i had often found myself bowing out of her ecstatic dance sessions at gatherings, because although i respected what she was doing so enormously, and saw it healing so many people, i felt that she would often push the dancers beyond what they percieved to be their limits. Myself being the type to tire easily, i often found i was pushed too far, making the experience less healing and more draining and painful. Still, i was extremely excited as I watched her succeed so well, and felt an enormous respect, and eagerness to participate in her more intimate sessions. Also, Luna's vibe has always struck me as extra magical, and I loved her open heart and willingness to accept people of all walks of life. I have always known, luna was special.

so, when i saw that she had returned from australia with something to share, i was all over it! i was blessed to participate in her first, 8 week practicum, benefiting from her cultivated experience for a very affordable price. the eight weeks consisted of a session for each chakra's activation and healing, introduced with a full spectrum session.

indeed, i saw that she had learned not to push too far. She would continue to challenge people to really dance, but in these intimate sessions of 13 dancers or so, i never felt pushed beyond my limits. i was always eager to dance with all my energy, and more, which pushed me often far beyond any percieved limitations and opened me to the true ecstatic nature of this technique, in many cases! these altered states of deep connection with my body, genuine movement with my energy, and unabashed opening, helped me clear countless blocks and channel powerful divine wisdom into the most challenging aspects of my life. luna led us all with bright spontenaeity, a great sense of confidence, grounded simplicity in her words, and led by example, dancing openly and genuinely along with all of us, while still maintaining her clear instructive role. she made magic, trust, and a sense of sacred the absolute norm. particularly in that sense, i feel i learned a lot from her instructive style. after having been guided on similar journeys before, i noticed luna's style was markedly proffessional, all the lines very smooth, and well studied.

if i was to offer luna some advice, i would encourage her to constantly remind herself of how magical and potentially important for her students this work can be. the only thing i noticed that was off, was that she didn't seem to always have great confidence in the nature of her work, and this came through in a weak presentation voice, and a downplaying of the importance of the final session with the crown chakra, which understandably meant a lot to her students who had followed the journey to that point. on the other hand, this attitude of her work being entirely normal, and even basic level compared to some of what she had experienced, made for a very commonplace way of presenting very powerful and magical techniques, which served to keep the atmosphere grounded and willing. aside from that, luna might have done well to always having her cd's for sale at the workshop, and making nice covers for them. and finally, i would emphasize to her that when she's sometimes going through a time of being overwhelmed and physically drained, that she (and many others) benefit enormously when she makes her work a priority, doing what it takes to stay extremely present with her students, without making excuses for herself to any small degree. this is the integrity that will keep her successful, as she moves from doing mainly one-time sessions, to guiding people through long, transformative processes. And finally, I would advise her to open her sessions with a talk which speaks from her extensive knowledge of the chakras, freeform, without drawing too much on notes.

for me, the entire journey was flavoured by an ongoing story which connected luna and i in a personal context. i was nurturing a kinship and expanding romance with her ex-boyfriend delvin, who she had just left as the series was beginning, in part because of her revelations at this training. i hadn't known her that well, but found that as our journeys evolved, through personal drama, struggle, as well as pinnacles of self-discovery and spiritual accomplishment, she was extremely skilled at rising above whatever was going on for her socially, and being an example of unconditional love, from the moment i entered the space, to the moment i left, without fail.

for me, this was a constant affirmation of our higher personal wisdom being the commanding aspect of all the unfoldments in our lives, and only deepened my sense of trust with her in such a vulnerable and empowered healing space every week. i was also impressed by her openness around her personal unfoldings in life, as she announced to the group every week what had been happening for her, and spoke so openly with me about everything as well. the journey of love and learning that i was going through was informed, deepened, and beautifully transformed in tune with the powerful realizations and healings i was experiencing in every chakra as we continued along. my week was always a fascinating journey of self discovery, teaching me valuable lesson upon lesson to do with these areas of my life.

the most important session for me was without a doubt the solar plexus. i'll never forget that beautiful altar which solus created for us, or his loving, supportive presence throughout the session. It was the most powerful one for me, becuase the solar plexus has offered me the most challenge through my life, as i've dealt with low self-confidence, and troubles in asserting my will with power. i really let myself be in that empowered, assertive energy throughout the whole class, and this extended beautifully into my life afterwards. I couldn't believe how incredible a feeling it was to cut what i percieved as thousands of unsupportive ties to the people who have hurt me in the past, cutting away my need to see people approve of me before i act, called my energy back, and roaring in the strongest, most powerful way i have ever roared in my life!!! i was truly awakening some of the deepest hidden power of my world, and realizing myself in a beautiful display of pure authentic beingness.

after that i was so elated to find that i was able to make quick decisions, forge through projects with great confidence and power, and offer my informed perspective, in a loving and effective way, to those who meant the most to me. this opened huge doorways to my discovery in so many areas of my life, and i will always be extremely grateful for the experience, which has since dominoed inot my moving waaay forward in this journey of deepening the personal confidence in myself.

another very important session for me, was the throat chakra, again a chakra which i have been challenged with for long years. i have for so long felt hugely challenged to communicate effectively about my sexuality, often either revealing too much or not enough, and usually at the wrong times. luna beautifully picked up on this common theme, and thus geared the session around the connection between the sexual chakra and the throat. it was a beautiful class, and i awakened in a deep sense to the beauty of my being, communicating it with ecstatic grace in some of the most exquisite dancing i had done in these sessions, calmly, groundedly, and with striking grace and beauty. that session really helped me tap into the highest levels of expression, that expression of my greatest love for others, of that precious nectar of my sensual nature, in a clear bridge through each of the chakras between the two.

this beautiful connection of the two chakras unveiled years and years of anger that had been aching to be expressed from deep inside my sacral centre. i found it extremely challenging to work with that accumilated energy, since i was afraid to misdirect my anger towards anyone close to me, but i was happy for it as well. that strong connection to the voice of my sexuality, opened me to initiate two very important councils, with both luna and delvin. i was able to express things that had been welling up inside of me for ages in some cases, and sometimes these were not things i expected to see recieved very well at all, and threatened my comfort zone in a big way. still, the power of that workshop had revealed a new sense of safety in my truth, beyond what people want to hear, and so i opened up beautifully to them both. this brought me to a whole new level of integrity in both relationships, and all of my feelings and truths were met with total unconditional love and acceptance. my grievances, questions and concearns were quickly and honestly responded to, and i was blown away by how well i communicated under such great stress! This characterized a big step forward in my life.

i'll also never forget some of the incredible beauty of the heart chakra session, where i got to see just how loving i truly am. looking into everyone's eyes, as we worked our way around opposing circles, hand to heart and heart in hand, was one of the most important exercises i have ever learned. that is the greatest way that i know of connecting with other human beings.

luna is an angel. she has a lot of experience, a lot of integrity, and a lot of love. for that, and so many reasons which i don't have the time to write about, i am totally honoured to have gotten to know her as a person, as a self-healer, and as an empowered facilitator for self-healing in others. i wish her the best of luck in all she does, and it gives me great joy to know very well, that she won't be needing it :)

1) so, it comes to this. and so it is, that beautiful long and soft dragon weaving star staircases spiral through the everything, all spider woven in perfect loving embraces, lift us through the whirling mists of impossible enchantment to this humble moment, where in a simple gesture of yes, we are exploded from the birth of time and space through the edgeless in between infinities of massive rediculous synchronicities of incomprehensable simplicity of this elegant complexity of a million eternal systems in perfect equilibrium giving birth to you, now. so happy birthday! (because it might have gone the other way).

and in this chill-o-cosmik thrill, of doing what we will, in this wild foray of galactik apple crunching harmony, gardenically edening in this growing spiral lotus eternal bloom of the perfect diamond web of neverending i love you, is the magic is dreaming of you. and so, in the great divine laughter of ten thousand happily ever afters, you are born, whisked to the i of this brand new inceminating lightning bolt storm of glorious, dna-beaming rainbow white epiphanies, all perfectly and ecstatically, lovingly and ejaculatingly engaged with this one immaculate yes, of right now. (wow)

and so all shimmering light descends, so gently upon you, here. and in this exquisite dream, of wickedly inspiring, mischievous, wry-smiling, impossible riddle twisting, deep soul listening, humble invisible giggles of the nothing that we are, it just so happens, that you are a star. and the extra special ungraspable truth, which cannot be explained and thus has no proof, is that even if you were just a regular bloke, i'd love you exactly the way you are. is magic special luke scores the biggest prize cause he looks deep into those loving eyes, and in that endlessly loving everywhere place, as he gazes into that unconditional face, is his skywalking soul learns to never (and always) die. we're stoked you were born, and that's why.

yes, luke, you made it. through crazy wild extra dark death machines squishing your brains, to crystal star land pagoda temple heavens in the cloudiest pantheonic scenes, you managed to hit the mark smack on the dott, and this luke, all of this, is the gift that you got. and here we are, children of all these immaculate worlds, watching ourselves being born, as every seamless strand, by some godly hand, so graciously comes unfurled. we stargaze our lives into epic beyonds, is nakedly swim refreshingly, through clicking tadpole rippling stellar dew ponds, and then curl up cozy in the fern fronds.

I have been attempting to collect cosmic jokes, and so I asked Anterro Alli if he could hook me up with some of his favourites! He presented this. I really liked the first one - it really clicked me in with the hilarity of my mass effort to collect cosmic jokes:) The jokes on me, I guess. Since none of these actually fit into my christ consciousness crossword puzzle idea (except the one that makes fun of my plan to make one). ha ha:

First joke:

This is a old one, I was just thinking it over last night for the first time in years... This is what they teach you in 666 sunday school...it's a interesting perspective...

We were once all gods, enjoying unlimited power.

As gods, we amused ourself with games. One of the more popular games was Traps...

The point of traps is to create a universe so engrossing, so involving, so 'real' that one gets trapped in it! Forget that it's one's own creation! Can't get out!

This is such a fun game because...
1. it's challanging
2. it's such a 'rush' when you finally get out of a 'good one' and the
aeons of 'reality' collaspe into relieved laughter! "Whoooo! That was a
good one! I didn't think I would ever get out!"

It's sort of like a cosmic game of Hide and Go Seek, or even simpler Peek A Boo.

Ayahuasca is music...

I have known many people who's musical sensibilities have been opened by ayahuasca.

She teaches you to sing...she allows the centres to open and resonante so strongly with universal vibrations that people who cant hold a tone can create beautiful healing through their newly found voice...

...a voice that is found both physically and metaphorically!

I have taken up singing lessons...and am playing the guitar again.

Ayahuasca is music...

Ayahuasca wants expression, especially vocal expression, and it expresses through allowing you to touch the fountain of life which issues from your source....

...a fountain of life which issues as vibration, sound sabda-brahman!

Ayahuasca, to me, is tuning into that primordial source and expressing it through sound.

this picture fascinates me.

this is a traditional painting of a common ayahuasca vision in the peruvian shamanic tradition painted by pablo amaringo. the light spirits descend on this "banco" to deliver their wisdom, teachings and medicine.

this is the dna-like, coiling serpent-like spirit staircase that jeremy narby talks about in the cosmic serpent, which fully acts as a bridge from earth to heaven, so to speak. this personifies narby's hypothesis that the "junk dna" is actually a crystal, which takes in and transmits in the form of visions the lazer light transmissions coming from all the other dna in the universe, facilitating a certain bestowing of celestial wisdom.
